You can make changes or cancel your order, but please do so before it's dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

Please be aware that ex-staged items from Sybelle Design are in pristine, unused condition and are nearly brand new but may exhibit superficial marks, scratches, or minor defects. While we strive to showcase our products accurately in the photo section, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover these imperfections present at the time of purchase.

We acknowledge that preferences can change, but we typically do not accept returns solely because of a change of mind. However, we may consider such returns at our discretion. If accepted, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

If you believe a return is necessary, please follow our structured return process to ensure that the returned goods are properly credited to your account. Get in touch with our customer service team to initiate the process. They will provide you with a credit note reference number and a return freight consignment note.
